We’re raising a glass to St. Patrick a day early with an extra special Whiskey Pairing Dinner hosted by DJ and Chef Reny! Join us in the party tent behind the pub at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, March 16. We’ll have three exceptionally rare whiskeys selected by DJ paired with three delicious dishes created by Chef Reny for you to enjoy. Each attendee will take home an engraved Guinness glass and bagpipers will be on hand for your enjoyment throughout the evening. Purchase tickets here.
Pairings for the evening
First course:
Tullamore Dew 14 Single Malt served with House Smoked Salmon featuring zucchini pancakes, green apple slaw, creme fraiche and toasted honey
Second course:
Red Breast PX served with Bangers and Mash featuring homemade Newman Farm bangers, kale and serrano ham mash, herbed bread crumbs, buttered peas and a sherry-pork reduction
Third course:
Glendalough 13 served with Irish Spice Cake featuring Irish black “butter,” cream cheese frosting and a candied lemon peel
We’ve got an eight-day line up of St. Patrick’s Day festivities this year! Get ready for traditional Irish fare, live music, copious amounts of green beer, bagpiper performances, the Whiskey Pairing Dinner mentioned above, expanded outdoor seating and much more.
