Join us for a whiskey pairing dinner hosted by our fearless leader DJ Naylor and head chef Reny Alfonso! With three rare whiskeys carefully selected by DJ, paired with a three-course menu thoughtfully created by Reny, you’re sure to have a wonderful evening at the pub. Tamdhu 12-Year Scotch paired with Croquetas de Jamón featuring sweet ham croquettes, shaved apple-fennel salad, Manchego cheese and sherry vinaigrette
Masterson’s 10-Year Rye paired with Bacalao en Aceite de Oliva featuring olive oil-poached cod, smoked paprika-chickpea stew, baby spinach, preserved lemon and garlic aioli
Nomad Outland Whiskey paired with Crema Catalana featuring brûléed Catalan custard with lemon and cinnamon, and a dried currant cornmeal cookie
Chef Reny has reeeeally done it this time. Every Friday beginning at 5 p.m., he’s serving up a special dish. Get ready for Prime Strip Roast with Yorkshire pudding, mashed potatoes, peas, thyme jus and horseradish cream. This menu item is only available while supplies last, so hurry to the pub after work on Fridays.
